Metafit is a high-intensity interval workout using body-weight exercisesdesigned to push your fitness and maximise fat burning.
This interval-style training keeps your body burning calories long after the workout is finished thanks to its powerful metabolic effect.
The class runs for 30 minutes, making it a fast, efficient workout that delivers big results in a short amount of time.

Our Boxing class is a fun, high-energy workout designed to burn fat, build strength, and improve overall fitness, run by Heather
Each 45-minute session includes a mix of punching and kicking combinations, cardio exercises, and bodyweight training to give you a powerful full-body workout.
