Boxing is a fun, fat burning workout. Each 45 minute class involves combinations of punching and kicking drills, cardio moves and body weight exercises. This high intensity workout will sculpt and tone your arms and back, improve your cardio fitness, whilst also strengthening your lower body. A typical Boxing session will include partner and group work, circuit training and simple drills designed to increase your heart rate and give you a full body workout.

Boxing gloves, focus pads and cotton inner gloves are provided. Please bring a workout towel and a bottle of water - you are welcome to hire a towel for $1 and bottles of water are available to purchase.

Term 3 running from Wednesday 18th July to Wednesday 19th September 2018, between 6.15 and 7pm. $12 per session for non-members, special member discounted rate applies in Studio.
