Zumba

You might recognise Zumba from those day-time infomercials that religiously ran a few years ago. While it’s not the latest craze anymore, it’s still one of the funnest ways to workout! A total workout, combining all elements of fitness - cardio, muscle conditioning, balance and flexibility to Latin and international music design to get your heart rate going. 

Term 3 running from Wednesday 18th July to Wednesday 19th September 2018, between 8 and 9pm. $12 per session for non-members, special member discounted rate applies in Studio.
