Pilates

Our 10 week Pilates term is designed to encourage consistency, as Pilates is most effective when practiced on a regular basis. You can expect to see improvement in flexibility, strength and endurance when participating in Pilates classes. The controlled exercises will put emphasis on alignment, breathing, strengthening your core and improving balance. Our Pilates classes allow for modification of every exercise depending on the individuals fitness level and limitations. 

 

The Pilates term runs from Tuesday July 17th to Tuesday September 18th 2018. Two classes are available, 12.30-1.30pm and 8.15-9.15pm. Contact 9870 2777 for non-member rate, special member discounted rate applies in studio.
