Boot Camp

Boot Camp is a type of group training designed to build strength and fitness through a variety of intense group intervals, typically over a 60-minute period. Sessions will involve body weight exercises such as push ups, squats and burpees, interspersed with running and competitive games. Boot Camp promotes fat loss, camaraderie, and team effort, by pushing individuals a little bit further than they would normally push themselves in the gym alone. 

This term Boot Camp is running in the Ringwood East Scout Hall, which is located behind the Studio car park and men are welcome to join. Please wear comfortable exercise gear, bring a workout towel and a bottle of water.

Boot Camp 10 week term is running from Monday 16th July to Monday 17th September 2018, from 7.15 to 8pm. $12 per session for non-members,  special member discounted rate applies in Studio.
