Boxing Classes Ringwood

Term 3: 17th July to 18th September 2019

Boxing is a fun, fat burning workout. Each 45 minute Boxing class involves combinations of punching and kicking drills, cardio moves and body weight exercises. Our high intensity Boxing classes will sculpt and tone your arms and back, improve your cardio fitness, whilst also strengthening your lower body. A typical Boxing class will include partner and group work, circuit training and simple drills designed to increase your heart rate and give you a full body workout.

What do I need to bring to the boxing class?

Our boxing class provides boxing gloves, focus pads and cotton inner gloves. Please bring a workout towel and a bottle of water - you are welcome to hire a towel for $1 and bottles of water are available to purchase.
